What functionality is included in the Standard Employment Hero Cloud Connector?

The Standard Cloud Connector is a Webhook driven Connector which will read the Journal export/report from a Payrun and insert the lines into a PAYR Journal.

It will include the following functionality:

• GL code lookup based on the Account codes setup in Employment Hero (Keypay)
• Location Mapping with pattern matching
• Department Mapping with pattern matching
• Project Mapping with pattern matching
• Option to check for duplicate Journals
• Able to map the Source or Base Entity to the line locationId
• Ability to overwrite the line currency
• Option to include the location in the description and remove parts of the reference field
