We’ve provided some guidelines in how to invoice Customers for your consulting services when setting up applications on the Plus.Live Platform.
If you’ve not yet Partner Trained and Certified on Sales Live, the Plus.Live Support team will prepare your First Site to manage any exceptions and ensure a smooth take on.
Plus Software will bill for Setup and if moving to the Business Plan, the deployment of Sales Live. Of course the Customer will be linked to the Partner for ongoing rebates. Partners normally attend the Setup and Deployment of this first site to gain valuable knowledge. Certification thereafter is relatively easy and all future sites can be deployed by the Trained Partner.

Plus.Live is built on a modern framework with the latest hosting technology. Plus.Live always uses https/SSL for all services and any Data sent via the Data Connector is encrypted. Also, only a small amount of Data is held at any time.
Even Credit Card information is not stored by Plus. Billing is handled via STRIPE, one of the world’s largest payment platforms.
This is a balancing act. We want to provide Community Dashboard so there is immediate value, but we also want to give Partners options to build Consulting. In the event there is a Dashboard that you think really should be Community, let us know and we will evaluate it and schedule, if need be.
At this time, in Australia. We can host in any country, as required by local conditions.

Pricing is billed in five currencies (USD, EURO, AUD, NZ, ZAR). Any country outside of the Euro, or Australia, New Zealand or South Africa will be billed in $USD. The pricing will be automated within the Portal.
At this time we only have the Xero Cloud Connector and we need to do a little more work there. We will connect further Cloud Connectors, based on sales demand.
The Plus.Live platform is built to take advantage of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies.
We are actively working on a range of Machine learning tools which include features such as future sales prediction/demand, sales spikes detection and product recommendations.
These are just the initial features we want to implement with more features coming after that.
These will be opt-in features available to the end users.
There is a third application in specification at this time, Forecast Live. After that, Apps will be shortlisted based on local and international demand. Apps can be developed relatively quickly on this platform.
Our preference is always through Partners. If we get direct Customers, we will service them. If we confirm they are a Customer of yours, and you wish to service them, we will gladly link them to you, if you are a Premier Partner.
Partner Program
That depends on your Partner choice. Affiliate Partners receive 20% for 3 years and then 10% for rest of Customer Life. Premier Partners are on 35% (3 year) and then 20% for rest of Customer Life. See our Partner Resource page for more information.
Plus Software provides recurring revenue on the Platform while pushing Consulting back to the Partner. Platform + Consulting. Most vendors provide software with no rebates.
Yes, if you are a Premier Partner, all employees may apply for their own perpetual licence. Please ensure the Administrator of the Partner Company Portal invites the user to the Portal.
